Akai Tsuki

Akai Tsuki means ‘red moon’ in Japanese. This artwork was commissioned to explore the journey from start to end of our human existence by questioning the limits of our universe, valuable raw materials and time.

The Latin quote states ‘Not all of me shall die’, provoking thoughts based around the notion of sacrifice and being part of a bigger picture. After you die you still exist through knowledge and the ideas you shared in your lifetime.
